One Stone Ring Workshop Description:
Let me share with you some of my 20+ years of experience making Jewellery.
In this workshop I will show you how to make a simple silver ring and how add a stone setting and set a stone into it! Voila a Single Stone Ring. Made entirely yourself.
There will be two options: Option one: two rings made of silver wire with and set with a small faceted stone, Option two: Thicker Silver wire is used to make one Ring set with either a Cabochon (rounded) stone or a faceted (cut sparkly) stone. Students will select their stones and options prior to class.
At the end of the workshop, you will take your ring(s) home along with a comprehensive ‘how to’ handout (inc. what materials and tools were used and the best place to buy them from) so you can replicate and practice the technique at home.
