One stone Ring
Workshop 1: One Stone Silver Ring.
Let me share with you some of my 20+ years of experience making Jewellery.
In this workshop I will show you how to make a simple silver ring and how add (solder) a stone setting and set a stone into it! Voila a Single Stone Ring. Made entirely yourself.
There will be two options: Option one: two rings made of silver wire set with a small faceted stone, Option two: Thicker Silver wire/band set with either a Cabochon (rounded) stone or a faceted (cut sparkly) stone. Students will select their stones and options prior to class. Info regarding this will be emailed to students upon receipt of payment.
At the end of the workshop you will take your ring(s) home along with comprehensive ‘how to’ handouts (inc. what materials and tools were used) so you can replicate and practice the technique at home.
This course is suitable for total beginners and those that have some jewellery making experience. Both will learn loads!
