Sourcing Branded Packaging
So...so far I've been using black boxes with scarlet Ribbon and Black foam Insert, to sell my work in. This is stunning but I now want to add my new Logo and up the anti....by using my Brand colours.
So last week me and scooby! visited the factory that may be making our packaging. I came home with some sample colours and boxes to help me to decide which direction to go. See photo.
Cold Calling potential Stockists in Truro
But before then we visited some Galleries/Shops in Truro to see if anyone was interested in Stocking Gypsy Jewellers products, fingers crossed. I love visiting Truro, its always a good day out for someone as sociable and friendly as me and scooby, it was however raining most of the day but at least most of the relevant shops were all centrally located. Did get to all the ones I'd planned to visit, another day. Also had time for an almond croissant and coffee in a dog friendly café.

I have purchased, in addition to a Macro SLR camera and macro Lens a fantastic Italian Tripod! All items essential to be able to take decent professional product photos of my work. Now I've got to figure out how to use them. Stay posted to see if you notice any improvements fingers crossed you will.
Call calling in Truro
I always love visiting Truro, so to spend a day there talking to other people that love Jewellery was well a birthday treat in and of itself. Scooby got to make some new friends and got a good walk too! Was raining so a bit of a mad dash around town.
Birthday Celebrations!
Pretty low key, but did buy myself the afore mentioned tripod and met a cool wild life photographer in the shop. who had a very impressive camera! then home to clean up and relax in front of a roaring fire with flowers, chocolates and ice-cream.....yum!!
